values
Type: SystemDouble
An array of double precision floating-point numbers.
standardDeviation
Type: SystemDouble
The standard deviation of the given values, if already known.
inPlace (Optional)
Type: SystemBoolean
True to perform the operation in place, altering the original input matrix.

Type: Double

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type . When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
Remarks
This method does not remove the empirical mean prior to execution.
