Parameters

states
Type: SystemInt32
The number of states for this model.
symbols
Type: SystemInt32
The number of output symbols used for this model.
random
Type: SystemBoolean
Whether to initialize the model transitions and emissions with random probabilities or uniformly with 1 / number of states (for transitions) and 1 / number of symbols (for emissions). Default is false.
