Parameters

matrix
Type: SystemDouble
A matrix whose deviations will be calculated.
weights
Type: SystemInt32
The number of times each sample should be repeated.

Return Value

Type: Double
Returns a vector containing the standard deviations of the given matrix.

Usage Note
