Gets the minimum value in a vector of observations that has a weight higher than zero.

Type: SystemDouble
A number array containing the vector values.
Type: SystemInt32
The number of times each sample should be repeated.
Type: SystemInt32
The index of the minimum element in the vector, or -1 if it could not be found.
alreadySorted (Optional)
Type: SystemBoolean
Pass true if the list of values is already sorted.

Return Value

Type: Double
The minimum value in the given data.

Usage Note
