Computes the Quartiles of the given values.

Parameters

matrix: Type: SystemDouble
A matrix whose medians and quartiles will be calculated.
q1: Type: SystemDouble
The first quartile for each column.
q3: Type: SystemDouble
The third quartile for each column.
type (Optional): Type: Accord.StatisticsQuantileMethod
The quartile definition that should be used. See QuantileMethod for datails.

Return Value

Type: Double
The second quartile, the median of the given data.
