Computes the entropy for the given values.

values: Type: SystemDouble
A number matrix containing the matrix values.
eps (Optional): Type: SystemDouble
A small constant to avoid NaNs in case the there is a zero between the given values.

Type: Double
The calculated entropy for the given values.
