MatrixPadT Method (T, Int32)

Pads a matrix by filling all of its sides with zeros.

matrix: Type: T
The matrix whose contents will be padded.
all: Type: SystemInt32
How many rows and columns to add at each side of the matrix.

Type: T
The original matrix with an extra row of zeros at the selected places.
