Constructs a new Naïve Bayes Classifier.

classes: Type: SystemInt32
The number of output classes.
inputs: Type: SystemInt32
The number of input variables.
initializer: Type: SystemFuncInt32, TDistribution
An initialization function used to create the distribution functions for each class. Those will be available in the Distributions property.
